By accessing and using iSoundPort ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
iSoundPort provides a service that allows users to convert their iTunes playlists to Spotify playlists. We do store the uploaded xml file during a maximum of 30 minutes and then delete it. We do not distribute any music files during this process.
3. User Accounts
To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by iSoundPort and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass any service limitations or restrictions
- Share your account credentials with others
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to access areas of the service you are not authorized to access
6. Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with iTunes and Spotify. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the service.

iSoundPort is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Apple Inc., iTunes, Spotify AB, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Any references to these companies or their services are for informational purposes only and do not imply any endorsement or partnership.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
